Tualatin senior Courtney Verloo, who tied for third in scoring at the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup last fall, has been selected to the 2009 Parade Magazine all-America girls soccer team.
The Stanford-bound Verloo was captain of the U.S. team that won the inaugural CONCACAF U-17 championship last July. In 2006, Verloo was The Oregonian's Class 6A player of the year.
