McKenzie Oliver signed a letter of intent yesterday to play volleyball for UP.
She's out of Saint Francis HS in San Francisco, a holy cross HS.

Location: Lowry the tailor lived there when boys were boys. In his day he was fond of the gun. He always carried his powder loose in the tail pocket of his coat. He usually had in his mouth a short dudeen; but in an evil moment he put the dudeen, lighted, in the pocket among the powder. Mr. Lowry was an eccentric man.

I just spoke to McKenzie's uncle McKenzie (Mac) Oliver, a fraternity brother who lives in Hawaii, McKenzie (the volleyball player) has left the team to concentrate on her studies.
It turns out she's decided to major in nursing, and really has no time for varsity sports.
Our team's loss is probably the world's gain. Just sayin'.
