After decades of injustice and racism in NCAA sports, could this WCC initiative bring about change...or is it just a "feel good" declaration?  

I guess we'll just have to wait and see...

It certainly sounds like a step in the right direction, but you are right, time will tell if this will change things or this just fades away.
