March Madness 2017

As I read the GU boards, their fans want two things:
- they want more of the NCAA money for GU, since they earn it and the rest of us are freeloaders who don't even try;
- they want all the other WCC schools to be better, so we give GU a higher RPI.

Not sure how they reconcile these two. An uneven distribution of money won't help the bottom teams get better.

Of course, I'm sure we're supposed to get better, but not good enough to actually threaten Gonzaga's perch on top.

Almost all basketball coaches are at the FF, since it is their annual convention. And a huge networking event.

Yeah, and any coaches and assistants looking for work throw their resumes around there.

Since UP is not the host it is possible that we could be slotted to play in the Rose Garden
