Pilots-St. Mary's
Like PilotNut said, this is a big game as SMC is in 2d place, 5 points ahead of us. And if you have an alumni card, you can get in the Pilot Club for free. Technically I think this is a young alumni event, but the Pilot Club bouncers aren't exactly the toughest.

Re: Pilots-St. Mary's
Portland 0-1 SMC.
I really feel for the boys tonight. This one had to be tough to take as they were holding the Gaels for 75 minutes. A nice free kick found one of their guys at the post. The Pilots actually outshot them but I thought SMC's scoring chances were just a little better quality. Austin made a few great saves on really hard shots.
The passing was there and the Pilots had the right idea but seemed like they had trouble connecting that last pass. To me Mark Tonkel stood out tonight playing up front. I also think the back line of Grubisich, Emory, Kawulok, and Rouse did a pretty good job containing SMC tonight. It seems they've improved back there and that has helped the team improve this year.
All that said I'm still optimistic about the rest of the year. The effort is there every night and it will pay off.
