Re: Pilots v. JMU
Well mates, it's about one hour to kick-off. I'll be cozy warm sitting in front of my TV tonight while you folks freeze your tails. Hey, just joking. I went to the games last week-end and had a blast! And when you're around great Pilots fans you don't even think about the weather.
For those with no video of the match, remember the Pilots website will have an audio broadcast of the action, and I think matchtracker is on the NCAA Championships site. Also, check out the Chatbox on Pilot Nation if you're all alone with the audio and/or matchtracker. (I may put my head in the door at halftime.)
So everyone enjoy, no matter where you are. Remember, win tonight and we go to the Quarters. Lose, and it's another season in the books.
Lets win tonight!!!

Does anyone think Megan's new hair color affected her game tonight?

Maybe Megan was trying to go incognito so JMU would not recognize her.

I'm not overly superstitious, but:
DON'T EVER CHANGE YOUR HAIR COLOR WHEN YOU HAVE AN 18 GAME
WINNING STREAK HEADING INTO THE 3RD ROUND OF THE NCAA
TOURNAMENT!!!

I blame myself.
I wore the Purple Pride hat ohhh_yeah gave me instead of my trusty old Pilots cap.
Sorry. It won't happen again.

It could have been worse. We shaved our heads when we had a streak going one year.

I shaved my whole body one year for a competition in December. I looked all spikey at spring break. Not a pretty sight. Now I just repeat the opportunity mantra.

Hey, wait, we won the game! So, since it's "win or out," maybe another hair color change is due. Or, was it the new color that caused the win, not the color change? I know I put my Pilots Soccer bracelet on first thing in the morning and that's worked so far this year. But, it did not work against UCLA in the Tournament last year. So, do I wear it because it's worked this year, or do I not wear it because it did not work in the quarters last year? Or, maybe if I wear it all week, that will do the trick.

The replay just started on CSN.
I love it--you can hear us singing, even when it's just us Timbers Army guys.
