Anniversary

Today marks the 40th anniversary of the First microprocessor that was customer programmable, the Intel 4004 microprocessor. These little devices are everywhere now in everything from toasters to light switches to meat thermometers.

They even control the processes for brewing beer.


It only took me three sentences to get there. I think I'll celebrate with a Pliny.
