Thanks for the great pics!

The UP band was clearly the best band at the tournament again this year. Well done! Thank you for all that you guys do every year!

Thanks guys!

Apparently some of the GU band was telling our band members that we're the best band in the conference. I'll take the complement. Smile

These photos remind me why I dislike our new seats for men's games. Not nearly as awesome of an angle for photos.

Wow we look and sound good, even without me.

Bells go at least parallel to the floor, brass players (spot the guys who were in drum corps).

Curiosity question: the band seemed a little, um, younger in average age than normal. Can I presume that is because some members couldn't travel due to job and family commitments? Does the school pay anything for band members to go to the tournament? How does that work?

Great job by the way. Best cowbell in the league.

The students get their flight, hotel room, and per diem paid for from the school. If I had time and money I could have paid my way down there like D and gotten my name on the pass list.

My man is so good at cowbell the referees pay too much attention to that and not the game.

You guys sound great. Wally looks like he's trying to work some salsa magic for Oye Como Va.

PPT addressed the major points - the band gets their trip and per diem. The 6 community/alum members had the option of paying our way and coming if we wanted to...two of us did.

Thanks for the complements, everybody!
