Whats the big deal? I used to see guys on the UP paint and rentals crew do that ALL the time...

You should see what it's like in a coal or steel town.

There is no sneaking them in the park.

The pubs are across From the main gate.

If that reporter had confronted some of those guys he would have found himself face first in the nearest dumpster.

Actually it was more like go sleep in an empty house until 10AM or so.
