UP V. Bradley

Not a good day for the Pilot men as they get trounced by Bradley 4-1.

UP's only goal was from Ben Hemphill

Bradley scored on a breakaway late despite being a man down for the last 23 minutes.

Hopefully this is just pre-season "figuring things out". From watching the Pilots at Merlo, it seems the offense is too reliant on Steven Evans. Makes it pretty simple to defend and if he is not on, very difficult to generate chances from the supporting cast. Hemphill seems to be making the most of his very limited playing time off the bench, but it would be good to see some more scoring from the other starters. Hopefully this will be sorted out before conference play begins.
