The Portland sports community lost one of its treasures Sunday with the passing of Gisele Currier. Gisele was an original NASL Timbers fan, where she befriended Clive and many other players. In the years to come she supported Clive and the Pilot soccer program.

Her family and the Timbers Army have started a fund in her memory that will be used to support a yet to be determined local soccer project in her name.

She will be honored at the Timbers game Saturday. If you're going, bring a rose if you can.
