Listened to the game on the internet as the weather was not conducive to driving to the game. After sleepwalking through the first half the Pilots played a superb second half to win going away. Sorry I wasn't there to see it.

Final score 84-66

In the first half it was all Manhattan. UP looked terrible. They weren't switching or stepping out on screen, they weren't taking good shots, they were slow - they just looked bad.

The second half they were as good as I've seen them in a while. Halfway through the half, they started pressing, and it worked. Then they started hitting shots and making the right pass into the post. The game was over with 7 minutes left. Even after that, they widened The lead. Great team defense.

One of the things that made the comeback possible was Dolente. Not only did she knock down 25, but she drew a LOT of people which made everyone's (especially Siever's) job easy. Great game by her.

They went from 12 down at the half to a blowout at the end. Great Job.

PSU clobbered Manhattan this afternoon as well. I didn't realize they had a girl from Central Catholic on their team - Annie McIntyre.

That's why they made the trip out here. It's pretty standard to tell a recruit they will play a game close to home during their career.
