18,200 people at 11pm tipoff

I am watching the ESPN 23 hours of college hoops marathon tonight, and Memhis started their game vs. UMass at 11pm local time on monday night.... and still had 18,200 people show up, including what the announcer quoted as the largest contingent of students ever at a Memphis game....!!

I love the 24 hour idea, and love that so many people showed up for a "middle of the night" game. Awesome!

If only they showed up to watch the Grizzlies like that.... (Remind me why they have a pro team exactly...)

Now they are showing the SMC vs. Fresno St. game, which started at 11pm Pacific Time...

Glad to see they fixed the lighting in McKeon Pavilion!

Thanks for reminding about ESPN games. I may have to call in to work,lol. I have to give the scouting report on St. Mary's. I don't know why Bardo and play by play guy are downing Fresno State. They were talented last year when I saw them last year in person. (Good Coach,deep bench). Who hoo College BB on ESPN I am in heaven.

I hope my man Mickey gets lot's of PT to spell Mill's.

P.S.- Can you imagine him and Kramer on the same HS team? They did Ok, and they were 17 yrs old not 25 like the Aussies at their "Alleged" junior (HS) national team.Check those birth certificates on those Passports,lol.

Have you ever been to Memphis? That is the safest place to be at 11pm, even safer than sleeping in your own bed.
