This time, it's Rasheed that needs to CTC. He owes over $150,000 in back taxes on his Portland house.

According to Zillow he bought the house in 1999 for $578,000. It looks like he did an extensive remodel in 2001. Rasheed was traded in 2004. He's had it for sale off and on since 2008 for as much as $5,200,000 and as little as $3,999,999.
