Wow... anyone else see this article in the Portland Tribune:

Sounds like a phenomenal player. I wonder if he's going to be one of those kids who verbals before he even is in HS. Crazy that he has already gotten stuff from UCLA and USC.

So almost five years later....how'd this kid pan out? (Stoney's link is now dead)

Was it Nigel Williams-Goss that committed to UNLV at one time, but is now a Washington recruit?

I believe that was Jordan Tebbutt who went to Horizon Christian and then later Oak Hill Academy. The only thing I could find was this twitter feed indicating he is enrolled at Kansas but isn't playing basketball.

It was Williams-Goss. The Wayback Machine archives has a snapshot of the story here:

Special daily memory lane bonus... A Quote from Jeremiah Dominguez.

Here is the latest story I've found on him:

I always forget about the Wayback Machine. Nice find, Geezer.

Tebbutt was my first thought, too...but the years seemed to add up to the kid being a Class of '13, not a Class of '12.

7th grader? Geesh...You would think that people would start learning not to put so much pressure on people at such a young age after the Hoop Dreams movie...

Some of that is self imposed. There was an 8th grader on campus making a visit this week.
