USC penalties upheld.

USC will start serving its penalties for the reggie Bush and OJ Mayo years.

when its all done in 2015, some players who are there will have been in third grade when the infractions occurred.

I am glad the NCAA stuck with it... it is about time some of the big programs were held accountable.
