UP/FCPortland League

Post by Indigo Kid on Wed Jul 07, 2010 9:27 am

Was made aware of a UP/FC Portland league with matches at Liberty HS on Wednesdays July 7, 14, 21, 28 6pm and 7:30pm. Looks like the whole UP Roster is playing. Schedule is on a pdf document. Is there a way I can share this?

You can use a free online hosting service for the file and link to it. The first one that came up on google was http://www.4shared.com4shared.com/

Or just take a screen shot and post the picture

Location: Lowry the tailor lived there when boys were boys. In his day he was fond of the gun. He always carried his powder loose in the tail pocket of his coat. He usually had in his mouth a short dudeen; but in an evil moment he put the dudeen, lighted, in the pocket among the powder. Mr. Lowry was an eccentric man.

Yep.

Or if you have Acrobat reader (which you almost assuredly do, since it's the default PDF viewer), you should be able to highlight the text with a cursor and then copy/paste it here. You will likely lose all the formatting, but you should be able to grab all the text at least.

Didn't like my screen shot, shared site is prohibited and copy text is a mess. Could someone take this pdf and give it a whirl? Has all the rosters on it.

New information on location for these games. Merlo instead of Liberty HS.

Here's the schedule and rosters as pictures: courtesy Penn state/UP fan.

Last year they were on Pru field, so that's the first place i'd look. I unfortunately, have people for dinner. I'll be sure to reschedule in the future.

You won't see several of those players, who are at club championships or the YNT's right now. Keelin, Danielle, and Elli at the u23's, I think Michelle Cruz with the u 18's. and Erin Dees might still be at club.

Probably more. They look lilke either UP players or FCP players at other colleges. just glancing, a lot of PSU kids.

I notice Kylie Leffler in purple. Just graduated from Newberg HS. Center mid. Apparently has a long UP connection. Anybody...?

I have pretty good information that she's a new Pilot.

I see deYoung isn't listed.

Kendall will be with the u20's for a couple weeks in Europe for the u20 WC , and Kendra is most likely still out.

Ooh, there is hope ... and local soccer ... after the World Cup. Most intriguing.
