TV coverage of U-20 World Cup?

Post by SoreKnees on Wed Nov 05, 2008 3:37 pm

Does anyone know anything about possible TV coverage of the US U-20 matches from Chile? I've scouted a bit on the Web and haven't found anything I can decipher.

Login to www.ussoccer.com for all things US National Teams. If past youth world cups are anything to judge by there won't be any TV coverage.

Last time around, there was a match-tracker type feed in Spanish from the chilean soccer federation. As things get closer, they will announce what coverage they will have.

There is a nice video on www.fifa.com includes Beckenbauer, Marta, Printz and others. Navigate to the Under 20 WCC.

Hey Auto---I would have enjoyed the U20 video a lot more if Marta and Birgit spoke English. I couldn't understand much of what they were saying in Portugese and German. Chile looks like a beautiful place, though, and it's sunny and warm down there right now.
