A Certain Dissertation Defense

Look what email popped into my inbox today:

I would like to inform you that Chris Henderson will defend his dissertation titled 'MARKETING ANALYSES OF PROFESSIONAL WOMEN’S SOCCER IN THE UNITED STATES THROUGH FEMINIST THEORIES' in Room 211 of the Ramsey Center at 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. on March 30, 2015 (Monday).

You avid women's soccer followers likely recognize the name in this email. I had no idea he was a fellow graduate student in my department let alone at UGA (that's just how it is when you only have a dissertation left). I will be attending not only because I will have to defend my own dissertation in the future, but out of pure interest. I will try to report what I learn if you all are interested.
