Any contact with a swinging elbow above the shoulders is at least a flagrant 1. If they see anything that looks like this they're going to review it. I don't like the practice of going to the monitor anytime a guy's elbow gets anywhere near an opponent and I think it was a mistake to expand replay this far. It doesn't sit right with me to review fouls.
