Christine scores 2 Gold pride win WPS
I think perhaps the playoff format tilted the pitch a bit, but it tilted for the team that won all year, which was the idea.

Sinclair scoring two goals on Val Henderson. Denesha Adams missing a goal she should have scored. Final score 4-0.
Didn't we already see this game in 2005?

I saw this match as part of the Stanford road trip. After the match.....I spoke to Tiff who said that the soccer gods were not shinning on her Sunday as she had several great chances that didn't result in goals.....but she did get a full 90 mins Sunday. We both joked that even this old guy could have scored on Sincs 2 goals they were sooooooo well set up for her!!

Sinclair was tapping them in like gimme putts. Both her goals went about as far as she is tall to cross the goal line. Sometimes it does look easy. Marta's goal after stripping the defender of the ball (which should have been cleared) and blasting one into the upper corner was a work of art.
