ACC Tournament

For those of you with free time, the ACC tournament begins today:

1st Game - Duke v. Florida State - 9:00 am (Pacific time)

Next up, Virginia Tech v Wake Forest

Wow, I didn't realize that UNC was the #3 seed in their conference tournament. Interesting that they are (RPI-wise) the #2 seed in the whole NCAA.

Interesting, yes. FSU and BC had better in-conference records than UNC (7-2-1 vs. 7-3), so UNC is third seed.

BC and UVA tied after 2 OT's, going to penalty kicks.

BC wins 3-2 on penalty kicks.

UNC up over Maryland 3-0 late in the 2nd half.

Scoreless at the half. Shots even at 4.

FSU 1, VT 0 with 15 to play.

The ACC finals is @ 2pm est. today follow the link listed above. Should be a good game.

UNC 2-0 after 15 minutes. If this holds up, it seems clear that UP should be a #1 seed.

FSU is down 2 starters(lost one in each of the first two ACC tourney games) since the last UNC game, and the Tar Heels have Heath back, an integral part of their attack. However our effort is not there and we are flat out getting dominated.
