The jigzaw puzzle that is the D1 draw is a lot more complicated this year. It is like it has gone from 500 piece puzzle to 2000 piece with all the Pac 10 teams likely to make the tourney this year (at least based on Monday's RPI report).
I've taken a crack based on Monday's RPI as to who gets seeded and taken the highest rated team from each conference as the auto bid. We all know that changes on the last weekend based on the conference tourneys. Is it only Pac 10, WCC, and Ivy that don't play a tourney?
Since so much is up in the air I'll just cover where I think the West Coast teams might land.
Lets start with U of P. I assume they will host given likely that UW, WSU and UO and OSU look to be in the tourney. I'm guessing we partner with UW and Purdue and Villinova come to town. Don't put it by the NCAA to ship us somewhere.
I've stanford hosting with Sac St and Tenn and Wis coming to the farm.
Cal gets seeded but shipped to Minn along with Marq, and Mil.
UCLA hosts (if they beat USC this weekend) with LB state (this might be old news with their loss today) and Miss and Rut go to LA.
USC gets seeded and shipped to NY with Hofstra, St Johns, and Monmouth.
WSU goes to A&M where they join Tex st and LSU.
ASU is seeded but gets sent to BYU where Den and Utah St join.
U of O goes to GA joining Samford and Grambling.
OSU going down to FSU with Aub and FLGC.
I've got Santa Clara going to ND with Ind and Ill St.
It is not unreasonable to get shipped quite a ways. UW went to A&M last year and Cal went to FL. USC was in the weird bracket with no one within 300 miles of the host (Byu hosted and BU & VT ) Unusual since Denver and Col made the tourney.
Should be fun with up to 7 seeds from West Coast. Likely only 3 will host with Pac NW, N. Cal and S. Cal. sites.

Starting this year, the Big Ten also doesn't play a tourney.
