Does anybody know if Soccer Buzz is still going? Last year, they did a rating of incoming classes, and I have not seen it this year.

They site is still functioning somewhat. One dead giveaway that it may be disappearing is the copyright from 2008 has not been updated to include 2009. We are almost halfway into the year and that kind of thing indicates a dormant site.
