Quarterfinal Results
At the half -
N.C. 3, Wake 0
N.D. 2, FSU 0
If these trends continue, would it be safe to say this confirms that FSU shouldn't have gotten our #1 seed?
Regardless, it comes down to winning games, so let's beat UCLA and get on to Texas.

Re: Quarterfinal Results
I'm as pissed off as the next man about the seeds for this year, but it's all coulda shoulda woulda now.
Nothing matters apart from playing well and getting the right result tomorrow in LA.
It's all about winning the games now: UP had two vital end-of-regular-season games: won 'em both.
Three playoff games in the bag: three more to go.
Even allowing for the obvious disadvantage of losing Cloee C and Michelle E to injury, it will be a big disappointment if they are not able to win the third title this year.

Stanford is up 2-1 in the 82nd min, but Christen Press just got a yellow card. Does that carry over into the semifinal?

It caries over--but you have to have 8 fouls before you sit.
They just beat BC 3-1
They just beat BC 3-1

Now to take the ferry cost a nickel, and in those days, nickels had pictures of bumblebees on them. Give me five bees for a quarter you'd say. Now where were we, oh ya. The important thing was that I had an onion on my belt, which was the style at the time. They didn't have white onions because if the war. The only thing you could get was those big yellow ones...."

Just to show the soccer fans what they're missing.
Side note: 19 TOs? Man, if we can tighten up there...

Not necessarily. A decision cannot be justified by information that was not available at the time the decision was made. The Pilots need to back it up with a win anyway. Basically just BEAT UCLA!
