Okay, I am no expert, acknowledge that I have never played the game competitively and that I have only had season tickets for two years . . .but there are many here who know more about the game and the team itself. Will the Pilots knock off Santa Clara this year and take the WCC outright, or do the Broncos have an edge on us?

The Broncos lost U20 players Jordan Angeli and Amanda Poach to ACL tears, so they're not quite as deep as last year, not to mention that is a lot of leadership lost on the field. But Tina Estrada does come back and she's always impressed me.

Assuming the Pilots stay healthy and they can cope with not having Lopez and Schmidt until October, I say we can take the WCC.

From what I can remember, the last three SCU-UP matchups have been broadcast on TV, live or delayed. Anyone know if that will be the case this year?

One of the recruits Chelsea Bednarz also had surgery and is out for the year.

But don't count them out, They are still plenty dangerous, His team still has lots of good players and more depth than we have had may years.
Also, Lots can happen between now and late October.

He is going to need his Freshmen to step up.
