Wow, Bobby Knight resigned abruptly today... interesting timing. His son will take over the head coaching position.

I did not see this coming at all.

We
all know he had some...incidents...at Indiana, but he seemed to be (for
him) calmer at Texas Tech. I always thought he was a good coach but he could be absolutely brutal, almost abusive to some of his players. And grabbing the kid like he did when he got fired from IU is inexcusable.

Mr. Knight, phone call from a Mr. De Carolis in Corvallis...
Just sayin'.
