Michelle Enyeart and former Pilots Stephanie Cox and Christine Sinclair have each been nominated for an Oregon Sports Award, which will be announced at the 56th annual Oregon Sports Awards show on Sunday, Jan. 27.

The awards show, which honors top athletes and coaches from the high school, college, amateur and professional ranks, will take place at 7 p.m. at the Tiger Woods Center on the Nike World Campus in Beaverton, Ore. The show will be televised live from 7 to 9 p.m. by Comcast SportsNet.

Enyeart and Cox are both up for the Bill Hayward Award, which goes to the top male and female amateur athletes.

Sinclair is nominated for the Harry Glickman Professional Athlete of the Year award. Sinclair previously won the Hayward Award in 2002 and 2005, while also claiming the Glickman award in 2005

Caught a couple minutes on the radio; Stephanie Cox won the Hayward Award! Congrats. In her acceptance she thanked the University, her coaches and teammates, along with her family. Very nice!
