If you're a Blazers fan from way back, this one hurts a lot. I grew up watching Jerome and his teammates. That's what made me into a sports fan, a fan of basketball, and a fan of Portland teams. RIP, Jerome.

Jerome was a classic and loved Blazer, even by me who does not follow them that closely... but I did follow the early 90's Blazers. This one is tough to take, especially since he was only 52. RIP Jerome Kersey.

He was as hard a worker as there was in the league.
