Seems kind of harsh.

True, his teams have been progressively worse each year since he won the College Cup with previous coach Jim Millinder's recruits, but they could have just fired him.
USC Women's Soccer Coach Ali Khosroshahin Terminated
His teams were just 21-33-5 in the last 3 years after winning 2007 NCAA title.
