I think you mean Oregon State. Does that mean UP would be playing Stanford in the next round? That would be a tough matchup, especially in Palo Alto.

Yeah, I meant OSU. I guess I was fixated on the firing at Oregon.

Yeah I think Chris thinks we get sent to Stanford and would play them the third game, but I don't think we get the 4 seed. I think we stay just outside the seeded teams and go to a 2-3 seed pod.

My guess? UCLA or SDSU

Portland plays WASH St in first round from selection show.

The bracket went by so fast, that I did not get to see the other teams. Should be posted soon.

Some highlights:

Portland gets a 4 seed and would go to Penn State the second weekend if chalk holds.

1 seeds: Stanford, BYU, Penn State, Florida State

UCLA goes down to a 3. SDSU is a 2.

WCC gets BYU, SCU, and Pepperdine also. All expected.

Pac 12 got Stanford, UCLA, Cal, ASU, WSU, and UW. Oregon State missed out.

That would be interesting to see the Pilots play Michigan....

If they get past Long beach at Home, they play Stanford their second game at the farm.

Congrats to BYU for their 1 seed. They earned it.

SCU plays Long Beach, who was on the bubble. Washington is home to Auburn and would be away to BYU the second round.

I actually thought the bracket came out really slowly, compared to how fast the basketball bracket gets announced.

I am a little slow at this. So there is one match this weekend. If Portland wins, they go to Penn State (if Penn State wins) and will play the winner of the Michigan vs Central Michigan match.

Officially, no. But you have to ask yourself how the tarheels record actually correlates to their path to the college cup.

Most teams with their record spend most of their time on the road.
