Fanks for all the good wishes. Joe Cole is a good lad but that beard 'e's wearin' is a bit dodgy.

I'm focused on gettin' Spurs inta the Champions League again right now. And we've got the Cup too, although that's a funny one after young Fabrice last weekend. Good to 'ear that 'e's on the mend.

I was 'opin to be back in Seattle next weekend to see the Pilots take on UW but I've got me 'ands full so I'll 'ave to rely on you lot to let me know what 'appens.
