Oregon 88 Pilots 78

It was a fun game to watch except for the constant stoppage of play to whistle another foul on the Pilots. I never thought I’d see the women lose a game after sinking 15 from beyond the arc (out of 35), but we didn’t shoot well at the line and Oregon had 13 more opportunities than we did.

We finally got some balanced scoring with five players in double figures (Z had 20), so things are looking brighter in that respect. We just fell behind by 11 early and could never claw far enough to take the lead. We tied it at one point, and kept it reasonably close, but those darned whistles just kept blowing when we had something going.

I think you can count on us being better than our predicted 7th in WCC play.
