UP wins the season Opener playing the youngsters as they knock off FAU 70-65, a team we beat 80-75 last year at UP.
great games from Nicolas, Rogers showed athleticism, and the team shot over 85% from the line.
the game started rocky with some turnovers, and FAU went up by 12 shooting threes, but UP settled and tied by halftime.
UP took the lead at the start of the second and was up by 6, then FAU tied with 6 minutes left and went ahead by 3.
Pilots defense held at the end and FAU gat its last score with 2 minutes left. Then UP got a great drive from Rogers and won it at the line at the end.
