That's why I think the integrity of the seeding will be in the second weekend instead of the first. If you think some team would be mad at getting a higher seed in the first round than warranted, imagine what it would be in the third round.


I think it's entirely likely that any top 16 could draw any bottom 16. And the more I think about it, we may not get paired with OSU at all. The committe has never had qualms about us traveling in the past, even when we were a #1 seed. Both teams might be the ones who hop on planes to even things out, and stanford is a natural for us. Paired with a California team The NW is on a different planet, apparently.

But we have no track record, so it's all up in the air.
