The Pilots' Thanksgiving? Empty The Pilots' Thanksgiving?

Post by FANatic Thu Nov 22, 2007 10:32 am

Happy Thanksgiving to all!

I am hoping that someone can shed some light on what the team is doing today. I'm gussing that they have to sacrifice being with loved ones, (at least the players from out of the area), because the weekly release has them practicing today.

I'm wondering if they have some kind of team meal after practice and then just chill the rest of the day. Or, do players and coaches who live in this area each take home a few of the players from out side the area for a nice home-cooked meal, cozy fires, pies and friendship.

I am hoping someone on this board can share that information with us.

Thanks!

This isn't the Pilots first NCAA rodeo. I'm sure there was something. I don't know any specifics, but usually a coach or players parents do something. One year, I think some of the players cooked a Turkey..

I am not sure what they did this year. Two years ago, when ND was in town for the tournament, Garrett had some of the girls over to his house. Last year they were on the road.
