Man, talk about a no-show. I though possession was ok in the first half. The team at the moment kind of reminds me of Arsenal a few years back, where they were having a lot of trouble scoring. They would keep possession well and it was at times beautiful to watch, but then once they got 20-25 yards from goal, it would be all side to side and nobody would step up and take a chance to score a goal. There seems to be a lack of incisive passes and runs around the goal. I have a hard time picking out one guy that played particularly well today to be honest.
Couldn't do the much about the 1st goal, however the next 2 are pretty inexcusable. We allowed the guy to walk in and lay it off for a tap in on the 2nd goal, and the marking was horrendous for the 3rd. The game was over after that point.

The last two goals were just down to lack of concentration. How do you let that guy just run by you at the edge of the penalty area? How do you let a corner get all the way to the back post untouched?

As for the offense you have it right. Not a lot of ideas going forward and nobody wanted to step up.

Not sure if the Pilots took them lightly and then went into shock when the first goal went in (bit unlucky really). I think the coaches need to take a huge amount of responsibility for the poor result. When plan "A" wasnt working, there did not seem to be a plan "B" (not the first time). The 4-3-3 formation changed to a 4-5-1 as the wingers tired (except for the 4-6-1 at the end), the chances to score were limited. Maybe 2 strikers would have put some more pressure on the D to create more opportunities. In my opinion there were way too many attempts to move forward 1 v 3 instead of passing or getting the cross in. This played nicely into the Loyola game plan. When the 3rd goal went in there should have been a distinct change in tactics to try and win the game rather than just staying with the plan that got to the 0 - 3 score line.

The first goal was tough to give up. I thought the Pilots had more of the run of play to that point and that goal changes the mood of the game. But still, the other 2 goals were just too easy!
They have played a 4-5-1 the entire time tactically, but when the wingers tire it does look like much more of a defensive 4-5-1 as opposed to early in the game, when the wingers get high and it looks more like a 4-3-3. I don't know if playing 2 up front would get more pressure on the defense, because in the games I've seen so far it looks like the Pilots have been winning the ball back rather well. However, without 2 up front, there seems to be a lot of possession without real incisive purpose. With 2 up front, maybe they cant press as much, but perhaps they would mount some better chances. The problem is, I just don't know who else they put up top to help out. I think the guys they have on the bench don't offer anything really different from what they have in the starting lineup, with the exception of Evans and Carrillo.
