World Cup trivia time

First up:

Name three things all Women's World Cup own-goals have in common.

They were put in the goal by the 'wrong' team.

All scored by a woman.

The goalkeeper did not stop them before they went in the net.

1. The defending player is credited with the goal
2. The ball would not have gone in the goal except for the defender touching it.
3. The goal is scored for the opposition.

1) all (both) goals were USA own goals.

2) both were logged in against Bri Scurry

Yes, that is the only thing I do and will ever remember from any women's world cup. Well, that and maybe Christine's free kick against Germany.

The own goal by Chastain was Germany in The semifinal (where she redeemed herself with a goal to tie)
The shirt thing was China in the final.

And there are game winners involving both Shannon and Millie.
