Bravo to Halley. Excellent way to deal with not being a starter is to makea difference whenever she is in the game. Somehow these Pilots keep egos in check and do what's best for the team.

Others have said this about Halley, but it's worth repeating in this thread: The Pilots' brain trust seems to find these hidden gems that go largely unrecruited by the top programs. Keelin and Jess among the seniors are big-time examples, and Halley is following in their footsteps. She might not get the national press even now, but she's clearly coming into her own as a quality player!
