They should reveal it in public on a giant screen in front of people who've been drinking. Kind of like the Timbers did during the World Cup. What could go wrong?

And now they apparently are: BYU, Big East are Talking. However,

Most of BYU’s non-football sports are in the WCC and would presumably remain there if the football program joined the Big East.

Just checked in with my WCC contact. BYU bought more high priced tickets to Las Vegas than any other school. Actually, too many of the lower level seats were purchased. There are going to be about 125 growling Cougars who will have to be moved up toward the top and the "cheap seats" -- except on Sunday.

They raised the cost of the "cheap seats" to $175 from $135, but kept the high priced seats the same at $225. I'm not surprised they oversold the lower level. There aren't that many seats available in those sections.

As you can probably guess, I bought my tickets in the cheap seats.

Any idea on the overall breakdown of how many tickets each school ordered?

Nope, sorry, but apparently each school has been limited to only 75 of the lower ($225) seats. As the only course I took at UP that had me use numbers was Business Statistics, I'm not sure my math is correct, but I believe that is a total of only 675 seats!? confused

I too will be in the cheap seats, but with "roving" privileges!
