New Signs at Merlo!!!

They are going up today... I hope aleppiek doesn't mind that I stole this photo from him!



I'll post more as they go up... there will be posters of Tiffeny, Christine, Shannon, Steve Cherundolo, and Kasey Keller.

Wow! This will really add to the historical feeling in the place. I'm excited that they are doing this. I've always felt that a statue of Clive at the entrance to Merlo would be appropriate and very moving.

I believe there will be a statue of Clive eventually at the CCSC.

Seeing the signs in person is a great feeling -- well deserved acclaim for these star Pilots and all who played with them.

I agre with p haze. I missed the game on Friday so today was my first chance to see these: and it's very impressive.

I was very impressed. I just stood there for probably 3-4 minutes just looking at them in detail. Was cool to see these players I watched at Merlo!!!

First time I've seen Kasey Keller with hair. 'Oo noo 'e 'ad such a fine barnet!

The banners ofpast historic players really set off the stadium if any of you get to see them in person they are pretty amazing... they are on the exterior back side of the stadium so you can see them approaching the stadium when walking in and from the road.
