The other Portland Teams

I plan to watch the scrimmage this Thursday between PSU and Concordia at Delta Park. Does anyone know how to find which part of the park the pitch is located at? I've never been there before.

Concordia usually plays at the turf field ( the only field with bleachers).

I usually come in off MLK to get to that part of the park.

So-- how did the Concordia-PSU game play out?

The PSU-Concordia scrimmage was held today at Strasser. It was played with three 30-minute periods and 10-minute breaks between. Concordia won in the 85th minute for a 1-0 final. Both sides need to work on passing to their own players. Concordia controlled most of the game with PSU's defense keeping things honest. Concordia's number 20 has breakaway speed like a wide receiver, but can't control in close quarters ( that's a scrim, right?). In the first period PSU was really off...their GK had more touches than their forwards. All-in-all it was enjoyable and worth another look if the Pilots are out of town.
