2010 senior class

I istened to the interview with Garrett that someone had linked to. Garrett talked about this senior class and the leadership they will provide this season. Take a look at this list (in uniform number order):

Sara Jackman, Kristen Kelly, Elli Reed, Keelin Winters, Sophie Schmidt, Jessica Tsao, Kendra Chandhoke.

Wow! That's the heart of this team. I really hope the whole team can stay healthy so that this senior class has the chance to go all the way and see how good they can be without injuries cutting off the potential. They deserve it.

Looking at the list I see not just great players and athletic talent - and that is certailny there. But also great heart and competitive fire and just classy classy players.

Does anyone know if Kendra will play this season? I recall that she had knee issues that threatened to carry over into the fall.

Last winter during a basketball game, I heard the plan was to have her back for the Conference season. I think she is still on track.

Save that question for the season ticket holder's meet and greet.

It would be tragic if Kendra cannot get on the filed at full speed this season: she was very impessive last year.
