As interesting as that is Sepp's idea that controversy is actually good for the sport, as it creates and maintains interest.

and today Sepp will announce FIFA will reconsider replays and technology.
The four British associations and FIFA share the role of changing the laws of the game.
England gets hosed once, and the laws change. I guess we now know where the votes were before....
