Butler entered the tournament with only 4 losses, to Clemson, Minnesota, Georgetown and UAB, and on a 20 game win streak. How where they seeded as a 5 seed?

They played in the Horizon League...

Except that Duke beat West Virginia, who beat the Pilots, so . . . my head hurts.
