I don't know. Don't we want our opponents to have success except when they are playing us?

Both teams are playing ragged.

CS Fullerton wins in double overtime at Pauley. Oh man, the Bruins fans that have been enduring a tough football season waiting for basketball are going to be in meltdown mode!

Great win for Fullerton, BUT... with UCLA losing at home, losing to us might not raise so many eyebrows now and turn more into a "how bad is UCLA?" instead of a "how good is Portland?" kind of thing. (If we beat them, of course. Don't misunderstand me - I'm not counting my chickens just yet!)

Did I say meltdown? From BruinsNation, a poster finding a ray of sunshine:
On the bright side

I don’t think we have to worry about anyone leaving early

I was secretly rooting for CSF, too... need to remember to think RPI!

SMC is looking good... but then again SDSU is playing horrendous defense. One would think you would start defending the 3 at some point...

Haha, I didn't realize how little elevation Samhan has... He had a couple tip ins/lay ins that were like 2 handed flips, I thought a dunk was going to happen, but he went up and just kind of came right back down quickly...
