recruiting

You may have read where Shamur-din from Benson had committed to LMU a week ago.
Well now it seems he has changed his mind two or three days later and committed to Peperdine.
At one time I had had hopes that he might have the Pilots in mind. What a blessing he didn't.

I don't understand how come we keep losing all of the Oregon/Portland Talent to other WCC schools. (besides Gonzaga) we need to step it up! We even lost some good ones to Portland State!I know we are looking for a big and a guard. I suscribe to rivals.com and scouthoops and haven't seen much chatter about us while LMU, St. MAry's, SCU, Pepperdine are getting some serious recruits. I know Coach wants " quality guys" but we want to win some games! I respect Coach but Im just getting frustrated while everyone else seems to be signing players.

we have 1 (one) slot for next year -- Sherrard's

don't expect a big class.

If I was Rev, I'd spend it wisely.

Ahh yes, maybe Jones' slot, too

Still, I wouldn't expect a big recruiting class, and I wouldn't expect it to be announced right away.

Rev would be wise to wait a little into the season to see where the real weakness is.
