Re: Tidbits From GU Board
Not me yet, but I always take my "happy" pills and drink my Zag koolaid before I go on there.I think they subconciously (no ,even I'm not that narcisistic, lol)they know that JP Batista is my favorite WCC player of all time too so I get a pass being a Past Zag IdolWorshiper. Plus I want to comment after their first WCC lossPilotNut wrote:I believe there are several members of this board who have been banned from that site...

Having labored for four miserable years under the oppressive, dictatorial academic regime of Stoney's easily angered older brother, my money is on the latter.

He wasn't so dictatorial when I had him as a teacher...but then again he was quite green when he "taught" men. So I guess, you are welcome for turning him from a trusting, student's teacher to a miserable, oppressive dictator.

My freshman year in college, La Salle played a football game at Cascade High School, about ten minutes south of Salem, where I go to school. My friend Michael (another LSHS alumnus) and I decide to go. The first person we see? K-Ditty. Conversation transcript follows:
Me: Kuff! Good to see you! How's it going?
(We shake hands.)
K-Ditty: Hey Tim, it's great to see you to.
Michael: What's up Kuffner?
(They shake hands.)
K-Ditty: Good to see you too . . .
(Long pause)
K-Ditty: Nick . . . Shushkov?
(Long pause)
K-Ditty: That's not your name, is it?
Michael: That's not my name.
K-Ditty: Uhh . . .
Michael: Michael -
K-Ditty: Michael Miller!
Michael: That's right.
Two weeks later was the LSHS homecoming, which Michael and I also attended. Who else to should we see as we walk in the gate but the Kuff-man himself. He came straight up to Michael and stuck out his hand.
K-Ditty: Michael Miller, good to see you!
Michael: My name's Nick Shushkov.
K-Ditty: No, no it's not.
Michael: YOU DON'T KNOW THAT.
