Patty Mills Stays in Draft

Post by DaTruRochin on Mon Jun 01, 2009 6:39 pm

St Mary's is going to have a sharp decline with the loss of Simpson and now (oficially) Mills, I'm sure they will have another good recruiting class, but losing their best offensive weapon and their best defensive weapon are going to be very difficult to make up for...

Patty seemed like he had made his mind up after that last home win in the NIT... bringing the fans on the court, etc. I wish him the best and look forward to following him in the NBA.

SMC will still be tough, no doubt, but I sure do like our odds to get a double bye in Vegas next year... Cool

I'm willing to bet that's the first time a player lobbied to play for the warriors.
