ESPNU coming to Comcast!

Woohoo! This is great news, from the Portland Business Journal:

In a separate announcement, Comcast announced an agreement with Bristol, Conn.-based ESPN Media Networks and its parent company Disney in which the cable company will add ESPNU — the network’s college sports station — to its Digital Class level.

The change will come in most markets before the start of the college football season.

Comcast will also allow its broadband Internet customers to access ESPN360.com — ESPN’s broadband Internet sports channel — through Comcast.net for no additional charge.

With the agreement, ESPNU will have more than 46 million subscribers and ESPN360.com will be available to nearly 41 million homes.

I wish the WCC would get it's own channel. They don't have one yet, do they?

Heh. I waited for a MWC channel, and when it finally arrived it was only available on the Dish and if you paid for it.
